2015 World Food & Music Festival
A celebration of cultures from all over the world, hosted at the Walnut Street Bridge in downtown Des Moines. Diverse food vendors, live music, entertainment, beers and wines, and much more. The fun begins at 11 a.m.
2015 Spring Garden Festival
A plant sale taking place at the Des Moines Botanical Gardens, featuring over 500 varieties of shrubbery for sale. The sale is held for three days, beginning at 10 a.m. each day.
2015 Death By Chocolate
Fort Dodge visitors are invited to enjoy an evening of wine and chocolate at the historic Vincent House. The fun begins at 5 p.m.
2015 Taylor Swift
Grammy winner Taylor Swift brings her catalogue of hits to the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, celebrating her album "1989." The show begins at 7:30 p.m.
2015 Trick-Or-Treat Parade
Costumed kiddies line Main Street in Cherokee for a spooky downtown parade, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Cherokee Fire Station. There will be plenty of Halloween fun and treats.

The First Lady of Country Music Loretta Lynn plays the Paramount Theatre this fall in Cedar Rapids. Show starts at 7:30 p.m.
